Trade Stand Terms & Conditions
Trade Space Conditions
- Newcastle West Agricultural Show CLG reserves the right to remove or relocate any trade stand if deemed necessary.
- All trade stand holders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance. A copy of the insurance certificate must be submitted with the booking form.
- The trade stand holder shall indemnify Newcastle West Agricultural Show CLG and the Irish Shows Association Ltd., including their servants and stewards, against any losses, claims, damages, costs, or injuries arising from the operation or use of the stand.
- All matters associated with the trade stand are the sole responsibility of the stand holder. Newcastle West Agricultural Show CLG accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury howsoever caused.
- All trade stands must be booked and paid for in advance. Completion of the booking form does not constitute confirmation. Confirmed bookings will be notified by email.
- The sale of the following items is strictly prohibited:
- Pellet guns
- Bangers or fireworks
- Noise-making devices
- Balloons
- Coloured sprays
- Silly string
- Any items deemed unsafe or unsuitable for a show environment
- Any exhibitor found in breach of this condition may have such items confiscated and may be asked to leave the showgrounds without refund.
- Trade stand holders are responsible for collecting and removing all rubbish generated by their stand from the show field.
Insurance & Compliance
- All trade exhibitors must comply fully with these Terms & Conditions as set out by Newcastle West Agricultural Show CLG.
- Failure to comply with any of the above conditions may result in removal from the showgrounds.
